Gestire efficacemente il post-vendita, consolidando la relazione con la cliente e la sua fidelizzazione.
Implementare azioni utili ad assicurare il raggiungimento degli obiettivi di fatturato, monitorando costantemente i KPI.
Hai maturato un’esperienza di 2/3 anni nel ruolo di Store Manager (o Vice Store Manager).
Hai un approccio fortemente “data driven”.
Hai una visione “customer centric”.
Hai un forte mindset imprenditoriale e l’ambizione a contribuire alla crescita del brand e dell’azienda.
Hai un forte orientamento al risultato.
Hai buone capacità comunicative e organizzative.

Per questa posizione è prevista una RAL compresa tra 40.000 € e 45.000 €, definita valorizzando il tuo livello di esperienza e le competenze maturate nel ruolo.
