The Test Engineer is responsible for defining and executing performance tests for products and subassemblies while managing the test lab environment. They will create electrical drawings, coordinate test setups, and produce technical documentation to ensure equipment meets performance expectations.
Candidates must hold a bachelor's degree in electrical or electronic engineering with 1-2 years of relevant experience. Proficiency in laboratory instrumentation, electrical power components, and technical documentation in English is required.

The role:
A Test Engineer is in charge to define and carrying out the tests to verify the performances of the complete products, subassemblies, or pertinent ancillaries. The test engineer will be responsible for managing the test lab and optimizing the workspace. Define the test set up necessary to carry out the tests, make the electrical drawings and coordinate the activities of the team that will build the test set up.

The anticipated salary range for this role in Castel Guelfo (BO), Italy locality is between € 38,000 to € 46,000 gross per year (based on a full-time working week). Certain roles may be eligible for variable compensation and benefits. Where applicable, a comprehensive overview of the full benefits package and any additional compensation will be provided during the recruitment process in accordance with local legal requirements. Compensation is determined based on objective, gender-neutral criteria, including skills, experience, and job responsibilities.
The applicable National Collective Bargaining Agreement (CCNL) for this role is Metalmeccanico Industria.
