Propósito del rol

Desarrollar e implementar estrategias comerciales efectivas en cadenas de farmacias, asegurando la visibilidad, disponibilidad y rotación del portafolio cardiometabólico a nivel nacional.

¿Cuál será tu impacto?

• Gestionar aproximadamente 10 clientes clave dentro del canal retail.
• Liderar la relación y negociación con cadenas como Cruz Verde, Olímpica y Pasteur.
• Diseñar y ejecutar estrategias de trade marketing orientadas a resultados.
• Definir estrategias de pricing alineadas a la dinámica del mercado.
• Analizar información comercial para identificar oportunidades de crecimiento.
• Asegurar la correcta implementación de iniciativas en punto de venta.
• Trabajar de manera cercana con los equipos comerciales para maximizar la ejecución.

• Profesional en áreas administrativas, comerciales o afines.

Experiencia

• Experiencia previa como KAM o en trade marketing dentro de la industria farmacéutica.
• Conocimiento y experiencia en línea cardiometabólica.
• Experiencia sólida en canal retail.

Conocimientos clave

• Trade marketing y ejecución en punto de venta.
• Excel avanzado y manejo de datos.
• Análisis de información comercial.
• Estrategias de pricing y negociación.
