Summary:
As a Business Architect, a typical day involves identifying opportunities that can bring measurable business value by thoroughly evaluating the existing environment. This role requires capturing high-level requirements from various stakeholders and defining comprehensive business solutions that align with organizational goals. The Business Architect translates complex business needs into technology-driven solutions and operational frameworks. Additionally, the role supports transformational efforts by developing detailed business cases and providing guidance throughout the implementation of critical initiatives, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and fostering continuous improvement.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Facilitate communication between business and technical teams to ensure clarity and alignment on project goals.
- Drive the adoption of best practices and standards within the team to enhance overall performance and delivery quality.
- Mentor junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster their professional growth.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP EWM.
- Strong analytical skills to assess business processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Experience in designing and implementing technology-enabled business solutions.
- Ability to develop and articulate business cases that support strategic initiatives.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Capability to manage complex projects and coordinate cross-functional collaboration.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in SAP EWM.
- This position is based at our Chennai office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
