Hubot /Tri-Pac, Inc., a contract development and manufacturing company (CDMO) specializing in liquid and aerosol filling for personal care and pharmaceutical marketers, is seeking an experienced Compounder for immediate addition to our fast-growing team.
Job Description:
The Compounder handles the mixing of raw ingredients to produce finished bulk and maintains packaging line production by preparing batches based on product specifications. The Compounder pre-weighs per specifications and assists with minor lab testing, such as pH or chlorine content, and adjusts batches as required, and conducts batch analysis, as well as performs procedural clean-outs of tanks, equipment, fillers, and hoses.
Responsibilities
Education and/or Experience
High School Diploma or GED equivalent
Forklifts, pallet-jacks, and other material handling equipment operations
Working understanding of tanks, pumps, and filling systems
Practical and working experience with flammables and how to ground the equipment
