The Fleet Admin manages daily fleet operations, including maintenance approvals, safety training, and MVR requests. They are also responsible for tracking driver safety trends and reporting performance metrics.
Candidates must have at least five years of experience in logistics or fleet administration and a high school diploma. Proficiency in computer systems and strong analytical and communication skills are required.
Manages the day-to-day operation of Fleet for the business unit. Ensures maintenance repairs are monitored and approved. Provides safety training, requests MVR for all users of company vehicles. Transports vehicles to various locations as necessary. Measures driver safety trends, analytics, and reports out performance metrics.
Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, certifications obtained. Market and organizational factors are also considered. Successful candidates may be eligible to receive annual performance bonus compensation.
