The General Manager oversees the overall performance of the Inspection Center, leading up to 500 associates in a lean manufacturing environment. They are responsible for strategic planning, production targets, continuous improvement initiatives, and maintaining a culture of high associate engagement.
Candidates must have at least 8 years of management experience in automotive or lean manufacturing environments. A valid driver's license with a clean driving record is required, along with the ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding production environment.

The Inspection Center General Manager is responsible for the overall performance of the center. Providing leadership for up to 500 associates working multiple shifts in a lean manufacturing environment. Maintaining a culture of continuous improvement and high associate engagement while ensuring the facility meets quality, production, and cost objectives.
Compensation Range: $160k-$200k
Leadership 30%
Production Management 30%
People Management 30%
Continuous Improvement 10%
