Delivery Driver (Non-CDL)
Location: Rochester, NY Hourly Pay: $17.00 Schedule: Monday to Friday, 4–5 days/week (based on route and business needs) Early morning start times.

In this full-time position, you'll deliver top-brand aftermarket auto, RV, and marine parts directly to our customers, providing friendly and dependable service.

Position Highlights
$1,000 Retention Bonus! (Paid $500 at 6 months + $500 at 12 months of continuous employment)
Hourly raises of up to $0.50/hour available at 60 days, 6 months, and 1 year based on performance
Consistent weekday schedule – never work weekends
Drive well-maintained company vehicles equipped with heat and A/C

Key Responsibilities
Safely operate a 15 ft. or larger box truck to deliver parts and accessories
Load, secure, and unload products using proper handling techniques
Provide exceptional customer service during deliveries, representing Keystone with professionalism and integrity
Verify orders and communicate effectively with dispatch and warehouse teams
Maintain a clean and professional appearance
Keep the delivery vehicle clean and organized
Comply with all DOT regulations and company safety standards
Required Qualifications
Be 21 years of age or older
Have a valid driver's license
Have at least 6 months of experience driving a 15 ft. box truck, or bigger
Have no motor vehicle violations within the last 24 months
Able to lift freight up to 75 lbs.
Able to pass a pre-employment drug screen
Able to pass DOT physical examination
