The Terminal Operator I is responsible for safely handling asphalt products, including connecting railcars and monitoring tank measurements. They also perform routine equipment maintenance and ensure the work area remains clean and organized.
Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED and the ability to perform physically demanding tasks, such as lifting up to 75 pounds. Applicants must also be comfortable working outdoors and possess basic computer skills.

We're looking for a Terminal Operator I to join our Roanoke VA team. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work, solving everyday challenges, and being part of a tight-knit, supportive crew.
This role reports to the Terminal Manager and offers the chance to learn multiple aspects of terminal operations.
In this role, you'll be a key part of our terminal operations, helping ensure products are handled safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards. Your day-to-day may include:
