The Customer Advocate creates a memorable pickup experience for customers at the car vending machine and manages associated paperwork. They are also responsible for performing vehicle detailing and addressing minor technical issues on-site.
Candidates must have at least 2 years of customer-facing experience and be able to perform physically demanding tasks like lifting up to 50lbs. A valid driver's license is required, and the role necessitates obtaining specific state licenses such as a Notary within 90 days.

Shift Requirement:. The hours for this position are from 7 am - 3 pm or 1 pm - 9 pm. We ask that team members be available to work 6 days a week; Saturdays are required.
We offer a competitive starting hourly rate of $19/hr with significant growth opportunities based on performance. You can boost your earnings within a short timeframe:
In your first year, you can progress from $19/hr to $21/hr through our performance-based Careers Not Jobs program, which provides four merit opportunities annually.

* Candidates must have (or be able to obtain) a Notary in your local jurisdiction within the first 90 days of employment (process sponsored by Carvana).
