The Commissary Lead is responsible for preparing daily production sheets, managing inventory, and ensuring the safe and sanitary handling of food service supplies. They also coordinate with the In-Station Service Supervisor to fulfill service cart requirements and maintain equipment in optimal working order.
Candidates must possess an associate’s degree or 3 years of equivalent experience, along with a working knowledge of food service principles and HACCP. The role requires the physical ability to lift up to 50-100 pounds and the flexibility to work weekends, nights, and on-call shifts.
