The delivery agent is responsible for sorting and preparing mail and parcels at the depot before delivering them to customers on a designated route. They must also load and operate a postal vehicle and return to the depot to unload incoming items.
Candidates must possess a valid Class 5 or Class G driver's licence with a clean driving record for at least three years. Additionally, they must be physically capable of lifting and carrying mail items weighing up to 22.7 kg and be available for on-call work.
