Description:
Partners closely with clinical, administrative, and executive teams to drive operational excellence, optimize resources, and execute strategic initiatives across the organization. Ensures safe, resilient, efficient, and regulatory-compliant environment that supports high-quality patient care and hospital performance. Provide leadership and operational oversight for critical hospital support functions, such as Safety, Emergency Management, Facilities Operations, Biomedical Engineering, Surgery, Security & Grounds.
