Bunnings Mentone are seeking Full-time Supervisors to join their team! The shifts will either be from Sunday to Thursday or Tuesday to Saturday. There is a vacancy in the Goods Inwards Department assisting with stock handling, deliveries, and keeping incoming goods organised and accurate. We provide an adult pay rate for 18 years of age and above at $30.78 per hour for this role.
What’s involved:
Lead by example by demonstrating best service practices and support the team in providing friendly and helpful advice to customers
Coach the team through guidance on appropriate service behaviours
Helping onboard and train new team members by providing training and induction support
Merchandising standards to ensure all merchandising meets business requirements
Managing and coordinating stock effectively.
Our ideal candidate will share a genuine passion for retail and customer service and be complimentary to the store leadership team. You will have previous experience supervising a team in a fast-paced environment, have open communication and a genuine interest in coaching and developing others.
