Job Description
Extending our transformation and value creation (TVC) services across technology intensive sectors is a crucial part of our growth strategy, as we aim to provide clients with comprehensive access to our full range of expert capabilities. As a Manager, you will play a key part in contributing to Analysys Mason’s global growth.
Under the guidance of our TVC Practice Lead, Oli Barnett, you will work alongside a highly motivated leadership team responsible for the growth of the practice, shaping and mentoring your career and the future of Analysys Mason.

Our projects are diverse, and your focus could include value creation, commercial and operational excellence, revenue growth, cost and margin optimisation and operating model design.
Our culture is highly collaborative and team-oriented, and our people enjoy a hybrid work model, balancing client proximity, the convenience of remote work, while enjoying team spirit through work in our offices.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
Managing and delivering major transformation and strategic change programmes across tech intensive industries.
Building attributable client relationships based on the breadth and depth of your technology expertise.
Managing a diverse range of client engagement types across a range of sectors and geographies.
Helping to develop intellectual capital around expert topic areas to support client delivery and sales.

We recognise and celebrate the fact that not everybody is the same, and we value the diversity of backgrounds and skillsets you will add to our team.
Managers are critical members of our project teams, having a clear impact on project delivery and on developing our teams of experts.
This role is ideal for someone with an entrepreneurial spirit, seeking autonomy and the chance to make an impact on a growing team, on leading clients and on the market.
This is why, as a minimum, you need:
consulting experience, managing and delivering transformation engagements for clients across various tech intensive industries.
experience in value creation, commercial or operational excellence, revenue growth, cost and margin optimisation and operating model design, programme recovery and turnaround.

an annual bonus
private health and dental care
flexible working
your birthday off
stepped career progression
continuous opportunities for professional and personal development
