What You’ll Do
· Own and grow relationships with key UK grocery retailers
· Lead Joint Business Plans, delivering revenue, margin, distribution, and rate-of-sale targets
· Drive range expansion, new product sell-in, and promotional activity
· Use data to identify issues and opportunities and to inform decisions
· Act as the commercial voice of the customer internally
Who You Are
· 3+ years of experience managing UK grocery multiples or equivalent key account management experience
· Proven commercial and negotiation skills, with experience driving profitable growth
· Passionate about food, eager to learn Japanese cuisine, and appreciate the quality of Japanese food
· Highly organised, proactive, and able to work independently with incomplete information
· Comfortable in Japanese corporate culture, respectful, can-do mindset, attention to details, and collaborative
· Flexible and adaptable, thriving in a less structured and entrepreneurial environment
