The Forklift Operator is responsible for pulling products from shelves and staging them at shipping lanes to ensure timely delivery. The role requires maintaining specific picks-per-hour metrics while handling packages weighing up to 50 lbs throughout an 8-hour shift.
Candidates should have previous forklift experience, specifically with cherry pickers and reach trucks, though training is available for the right candidate. Applicants must be comfortable with heights, possess basic math and literacy skills, and be able to stand for the duration of the shift.

As a Forklift Operator (cherry picker/stand-up forklift) your primary goal is to pull product off the shelves and stage it at the lanes so we can get it out the door and to our customers; on time! In this role you will be held to specific metrics of picks per hour and will be required to lift packages up to 50 lbs. for an entire 8 hour shift. Previous forklift (cherry picker and reach) experience is required.
What is important to you when considering a job?
Compensation. The starting wage range is $18 per hour based on experience + the ability to earn $1.25 more through the skill block program on top of other growth opportunities. We also provide t-shirts for work and reimbursement for steel toe shoes!
