The Operations Associate is responsible for executing store operations including pricing, signing, restocking, and unloading merchandise. They also contribute to omnichannel efforts such as order fulfillment and maintaining backroom standards to ensure an excellent customer experience.
Candidates must have 1-2 years of retail experience and the ability to work early morning shifts. The role requires strong problem-solving skills, physical stamina for maneuvering merchandise, and a commitment to maintaining store standards.
