The Additives Technician is responsible for safely performing fuel additive injections and delivering chemicals to vessels, terminals, and pipelines. They must operate pumps, maintain equipment, and ensure all job paperwork is completed accurately while adhering to safety and DOT regulations.
Candidates must possess a high school diploma or GED and meet all DOT driving and safety requirements. The role requires the ability to work a 24/7 on-call schedule, travel frequently, and perform physical tasks such as lifting 50 lbs and working at heights.

The Additives Technician is responsible for safely performing fuel additive treatments and delivering chemicals to vessels, terminals, and pipelines. This includes driving company trucks, handling chemicals, operating pumps, and completing accurate job paperwork. Most jobs are local, with occasional out-of-state travel as needed. This position will travel at least 25% to 50% of the time out of state.
Shift/Schedule: 24/7 on-call schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
The base wage or salary range for this position is up to $ 25.00 per hour. Individual compensation packages are based on a variety of factors unique to each candidate including skill set, experience, qualifications, and other job-related reasons.
