The Turnaround Technician manages the issuance, inspection, and maintenance of safety equipment for contractor personnel at plant sites. They are responsible for inventory accuracy, equipment calibration, and ensuring all gear is ready-to-rent for upcoming shifts.
Candidates should have a high school diploma and at least three years of plant turnaround experience. A clean driving record, TWIC card, and willingness to travel and work rotating schedules are required.
The Turnaround Technician directly interfaces with customers and ensures customer requests for safety products and services are satisfied in a timely and professional manner. Primarily onsite from a turnaround trailer, the Turnaround Technician issues safety equipment and supplies to contractor personnel designated by the plant customer.
