The Shift Lead manages daily hub operations, guiding pickers and riders to ensure timely and accurate order delivery. They act as the Hub Manager's right hand, overseeing safety, inventory, and team motivation on the floor.
Candidates should have previous managerial experience in logistics, retail, or catering and be comfortable with hands-on operational work. Availability for at least 24 hours per week, including evenings and weekends, is required.

As a Shift Lead (m/f/d), you are the right hand of the Hub Manager — working hands-on with your team on the floor every shift. From picking and packing to timely deliveries, you keep operations running smoothly and efficiently from start to finish. You ensure that every customer receives their order on time and in perfect condition, while keeping your team motivated, supported, and set up for success. What is in it for you? The base pay for this position is in accordance with the E-commerce CLA and is €15,96 - €17,14 per hour gross.
