The Rail Crew is responsible for overseeing rail operations, including switching railcars, controlling train movement, and performing general labor. They must also conduct track inspections, report maintenance issues, and ensure all safety protocols are followed.
Candidates must be physically capable of lifting up to 80lbs and working in extreme weather conditions at various heights. Proficiency in basic math and Microsoft Office is required, along with the ability to follow oral and written instructions.
