Your Role
Manage a portfolio of 1–3 strategic clients within the Travel or Logistics sector.
Own and achieve account revenue, bookings, profitability, and growth objectives across the Americas and globally.
Develop and execute account strategies that identify new business opportunities, expand existing engagements, and increase Capgemini’s market presence.
Build and maintain trusted relationships with C-suite and senior business executives, serving as a strategic advisor to key stakeholders.
Understand client business priorities, culture, and decision-making processes to position Capgemini as a preferred transformation partner.
Collaborate across Capgemini’s service lines, practices, and solution teams to bring the full breadth of Capgemini capabilities to clients.
Drive pipeline development through new opportunities, contract expansions, and transformational initiatives.
Serve as an executive escalation point and partner with delivery leadership to ensure successful execution and client satisfaction.
Represent Capgemini at executive and board-level discussions, ensuring strong positioning for strategic programs, large pursuits, and major transformation initiatives.
Champion customer success by maintaining high levels of client satisfaction and supporting long-term partnership growth.
Your Skills and Experience
Minimum Bachelor's Degree.
Minimum 5 years of experience serving clients within the Travel or Logistics, preferably supporting organizations with revenues exceeding $5B.
Minimum 10 years of experience selling complex technology, consulting, and IT services solutions.
At least 5 years of recent experience selling technology consulting services for a Tier 1 or Tier 2 global consulting or services organization.
Demonstrated success developing executive-level relationships and influencing senior decision-makers.
Proven track record of consistently achieving and exceeding annual sales and revenue targets on a year-over-year basis.
Experience selling consulting led transformation programs and large-scale technology services engagements.
Strong understanding of industry trends, market dynamics, business challenges, and factors influencing technology investment decisions.
Experience managing strategic accounts while driving both account growth and delivery excellence.
History of successfully selling and managing technology services across multiple solution areas, including:

The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is $ 88,544 - $ 233,248
