The merchandiser is responsible for stocking, rotating, and organizing products in assigned retail accounts, including shelves, coolers, and displays. They must also build customer relationships, maintain orderly backroom stock, and communicate effectively with store management.
Candidates must be at least 18 years old, possess a valid U.S. driver's license, and have reliable personal transportation. The role requires the ability to perform labor-intensive tasks, including lifting up to 45 pounds, and passing a physical capabilities test.
Because the material job duties of this role involve regular field work (away from a physical Company location), including visiting customer locations and interfacing with employees, vendors, and customers of the Company, and the general public -- following a conditional offer of employment, the Company has good cause to conduct a review of criminal history in accordance with applicable laws to ensure safety. A conditional offer of employment is contingent upon successful completion of pre-employment background check and drug screening. Qualified applicants with arrest or conviction records will be considered for employment in accordance with the Los Angeles County Fair Chance Ordinance for Employers and the California Fair Chance Act.
