The Structural Designer creates cost-effective, structurally sound corrugated packaging and point-of-purchase display solutions. This includes developing prototypes, preparing working drawings, and collaborating with internal teams and clients to optimize performance and functionality.
Candidates should have a strong background in packaging design, preferably with 10+ years of experience and proficiency in ArtiosCAD. A bachelor's degree in CAD, design, or a related field is preferred, along with knowledge of manufacturing processes and ISTA testing.

Summary: The Structural Designer is responsible for the creation of cost-effective, structurally sound traditional and protective packaging as well as point-of-purchase (POP) display solutions. This role includes redesigning elements for improved cost, performance, and functionality while providing technical support to internal teams (Sales, Project Management, Graphic Design, Production, Fulfillment Services) and clients. The ideal candidate will have experience in packaging design, a solid understanding of materials and manufacturing processes, and proficiency in design tools such as ArtiosCAD.
