This position is responsible for handling inbound and online parts orders, building relationships with customers, and delivering exceptional service to body shops, repair shops, dealers, glass, and jobbers in the upper Midwest. Requirements of the position:
This position is paid on a commission/incentive-based Pay Plan. The compensation is comprised of a Base Draw AND additional incentives for key metrics of overall team sales, individual sales, Guest Service scores, and volume of calls taken. $48-$100k+/year (commission based). There is no limit or cap on the incentive amounts!
