About the Role:
The Fulfillment Tech plays a critical role in ensuring the efficient and accurate processing of customer orders within the fulfillment center. This position is responsible for operating and maintaining fulfillment equipment, troubleshooting technical issues, and supporting the overall workflow to meet delivery deadlines. The Fulfillment Tech collaborates closely with warehouse teams to optimize processes and maintain high standards of quality and safety. By leveraging technical expertise, this role helps minimize downtime and improve operational efficiency, directly impacting customer satisfaction. Ultimately, the Fulfillment Tech ensures that products are prepared and shipped correctly, contributing to the seamless execution of the supply chain.
Minimum Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Basic mechanical aptitude and experience working with machinery or technical equipment.
Ability to follow safety protocols and operational procedures.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Authorization to work in the United States.
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous experience in a fulfillment center, warehouse, or manufacturing environment.
Technical certification or training related to machinery maintenance or repair.
