The Process Engineer will design and optimize operational workflows and facility layouts using Lean methodologies to improve efficiency and scalability. They will lead continuous improvement initiatives, conduct engineering studies, and manage capacity planning and capital equipment decisions.
Requires a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field with experience in logistics, warehousing, or manufacturing. Proficiency in advanced Excel, Access, Visio, and supply chain software (WMS/TMS/OMS) is essential.
