1. Conduct control reviews within MEA region, focused on KSA.
2. Collaborate with various departments including Operations Finance, Internal Audit, APAC & Americas Compliance, Shared Service Centers, Research & Policy, Corporate Finance, Legal Compliance, and other stakeholders to ensure a unified approach to compliance issues.
3. Foster a culture of integrity, transparency, and compliance throughout the organization.
4. Lead long-term culture change programs
5. Lead compliance education programs and serve as a subject matter expert
6. Shape compliance messaging and communication plans
7. Analyze the results of KSA’s CSA and SPACE to identify common issues and best practices, and implement relevant solutions such as training, advice on mitigating controls, and policy reviews. 
8. Own compliance KPIs across KSA and MEA
9. Contribute to the evaluation and streamlining of business processes, including support for technology developments to maximize efficiency and reduce risk.
10. Build risk profiles of hotels or areas within KSA/MEA and build a framework to safeguard the business
11. Work closely with Internal Audit, including facilitating follow up on remediation points post internal audits and maintaining SOX compliance.
12. Collaborate with the Pre-Opening team to embed compliant processes during opening/conversion activities, and in early operations.
13. Ensure compliance is part of the hotel life cycle
14. Understand and interpret Lease and Management agreements and provide compliance support related to these agreements.
15. Assist in fraud investigations as needed.
16. Distribute monthly compliance measures and progress to relevant stakeholders.
17. Any ad hoc support across MEA hotels.
