Solution Architect/Pre-Sales Consultant

Designation: Pre-Sales Specialist/Solution Architect

Location: Riyadh

Role Overview: Abacus is seeking a highly skilled and articulate GCP (Apigee) Pre-Sales Consultant to join our team in Riyadh. This onsite role will focus on the GCC region, providing a competitive salary and an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Pre-Sales Activities:
  • Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and develop technical solutions.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations to potential clients.
  • Assist in the preparation of technical proposals and RFP/RFI responses.
  • Provide technical support during the sales process to address client queries and concerns.
• Technical Expertise:
  • Design and architect Apigee-based solutions for API management and integrations.
  • Develop and implement API proxies, policies, and configurations on the Apigee platform.
  • Integrate Apigee with various backend systems and services.
• Client Engagement:
  • Engage with clients to gather technical requirements and provide tailored solutions.
  • Present complex technical concepts in a clear and understandable manner to diverse audiences.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and ongoing support.
• Collaboration and Support:
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including development, operations, and support teams, to ensure seamless implementation of solutions.
  • Provide training and technical guidance to clients and internal teams.

Qualifications:

• Deep understanding of API Management, iPaaS, Developer Portals, Integrations, Custom Integrations, and related technologies.
• Proven experience in pre-sales or solutions architecture within these domains.
• Excellent communication skills to convey complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to think critically and strategically.
• A smart, engaging professional demeanor with the ability to interact effectively with clients and internal teams.

Preferred Background:

• Previous experience working in the GCC region or with GCC clients.
• Familiarity with the unique business and technical requirements of the GCC market.
