About the Role

As a Direct Sales Rep I, you will create pipeline, manage sales opportunities, and support deal closure across your territory. You will work closely with account management teams, build customer relationships, and execute sales strategies that support growth. This role suits someone who communicates clearly, plans effectively, and enjoys working in a changing product sales environment.

Responsibilities

• Driving proactively pipeline creation and gross sales
• Working closely with account management team to structure, negotiate and close deals
• Helping develop, and then execute on, a sales strategy within your defined territory
• Managing effectively multiple sales opportunities within the pipeline and accurately forecasting on it
• Achieving consistent monthly, quarterly, annual sales goals and sales KPIs
• Acting as an entrepreneur and owner of your own territory, identifying support needs

Requirements

• Have critical thinking skills with the ability to plan and execute sales strategies
• Be able to work effectively in a changeable, constantly evolving and rapidly growing product sales environment
• Have the ability to present face-to-face and on online platforms.
• Be able to interact with customers in a consultative, face-to-face selling and social media selling settings
• Display exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
• Be a self-starter with a consistent track record in a quota bearing sales environment
• Have solid experience of technology sales
• Have excellent sales and software, compliance or risk industry experience
