What you’ll do:

This role provides HR administrative and operational support, including the day-to-day management of HR systems and contributing to the continuous enhancement of HR Shared Services functions. The position supports the delivery of a responsive, accurate, and inclusive HR service for employees, people leaders, and stakeholders across the organization.

Foster an Inclusive and Positive Workplace

HRMS Administration and Support

• Process and facilitate appropriate HRMS transactions and updates for employees and people leaders.
• Review and validate HRMS data to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with established standards.
• Provide support and guidance on HRMS-related processes and inquiries.

Data Integrity and Confidentiality

• Maintain the integrity, accuracy, and security of employee and organizational data within HR systems.
• Ensure employee records are managed in accordance with company policies and applicable data privacy requirements.

Records Management and Reporting

• Maintain and organize employee records and HR documentation.
• Support the retrieval, analysis, and reporting of HR information to meet business and operational needs.

Process Documentation and Continuous Improvement

• Contribute to the development, maintenance, and enhancement of HR process documentation and knowledge resources.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives aimed at increasing efficiency, effectiveness, and service quality.

Employee Engagement and Experience

• Support employee engagement programs and activities that encourage a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
• Partner with internal teams to plan and implement initiatives that strengthen employee connection, well-being, and engagement.

HR Shared Services Projects and Initiatives

• Provide support for HR Shared Services projects, programs, and organizational initiatives as needed.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to help ensure the successful implementation and delivery of projects and process improvements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications, including the ability to perform fundamental Microsoft Excel tasks.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Flexibility to work night shifts and/or rotating schedules as required by business needs.
• Ability to work in a hybrid setup (3x per week) at First Philippine Industrial Park (FPIP1), Tanauan, Batangas.
