Manage the end-to-end talent acquisition process to identify and attract qualified candidates across diverse roles. Build robust talent pipelines and partner with stakeholders to ensure effective hiring and onboarding.
Requires a university degree and in-house recruitment experience across multiple European countries. Must possess advanced sourcing capabilities and strong communication skills in English, with Dutch or German being a strong advantage.
Own and manage the end-to-end talent acquisition process for the dedicated location and/ or business function;
Experience / Qualifications:
Full-lifecycle in-house recruitment experience across multiple European countries
Proven ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships — including pushing back diplomatically and holding hiring managers accountable.
Advanced sourcing capability: LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, talent mapping, direct approach.
Strong communication and influencing skills in English; business-level Dutch and/or German is a strong advantage. French is a plus.
Data-literate, organised, self-directed, and comfortable with high autonomy in a lean team.
A university degree required (i.e. Bachelors degree) or equivalent relevant work experience.
Must be a team player able to work in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated ability to handle multiple competing tasks and demands
Strong personal and professional ethical values and integrity
Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
