About the role
In this role, you will join a fast-paced Human Resources team serving employees, managers, and HR colleagues in the Mexico region. We are looking for team members who enjoy helping employees find answers to their HR-related questions and have a strong interest in improving how HR delivers. A successful team member will be detail-oriented,possessa problem-solving mindset, and have a keen interest in improving existing processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide first-line support, primarily but not exclusively face-to-face, to hourly employees on various HR-related inquiries and deliverables, such as HR policies and procedures, benefits, payroll, and HR programs.
Collaborate with other HR teams to ensure effective and efficient HR service delivery related to hourly processes.
Assistwith the administration of GPS programs and initiatives, such as onboarding, offboarding, and talent and performance management.
Participate in GPS HR projects as needed.
Contribute to the development, maintenance, and improvement of GPS procedures.

As a minimum you must have:
Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in Psychology, Administration, or a related field, with 1+yearof experience in the Human Resources field, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
Advanced conversational English.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong customer service orientation whilemaintaininga high levelof integrity and confidentiality.
Ability to work collaboratively with others and build strong working relationships.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Familiaritywithunderstanding of HR policies and procedures.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiencyin Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
Experience with HRIS tools, such as Workday, is a plus.
