The Production Supervisor manages workforce performance, attendance, and operational production activities across three shifts to meet production goals. They are responsible for implementing Lean Manufacturing processes, ensuring safety compliance, and maintaining quality standards through effective problem-solving and team leadership.
Candidates must have at least three years of experience in production supervision and three years of experience in automotive interior manufacturing. Proficiency in manufacturing KPIs and Lean Manufacturing methodologies is required.

We are looking for passionate and talented people who want to build a successful career as: Production Supervisor
Work with shift managers on any employee issues across 3 shifts, selects shift supervisors and shift managers, participates in Kaizen event planning and organizes participants in Kaizen events as well as in safety evaluations of all new equipment, providing a clean, safe work environment along with the tools and training to perform the assigned job to operators. Priority is to to do the job right the first time, do it as fast as possible, do it with the fewest people. Then look for ways to improve the process. Manage the workforce and record all actions of employees along with tracking job preformance, attendence, ability to work as a team and ability to be cross trained.
Location: Santa Catarina, Nuevo León.
