The technician is responsible for troubleshooting molding defects, performing color changes, and maintaining cycle standards on injection molding presses. They must also conduct hourly quality inspections and perform basic TPM on tools and molds.
Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED and 1 to 4 years of experience in injection molding operations. Certification to operate a crane or hoist and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs are required.

Physical Demands
Must be able to stand on feet and/or sit 8-12 hours a day and lift to 50lbs on an occasional basis and 15 lbs regularly. Must be able to perform overhead work as well as work below the waist.
