This is a key senior leadership role within the hotel management structure, reporting directly to the Hotel Manager and General Manager, alongside the General Manager (Hotel Engineering & FM). As Maintenance Manager, you'll be responsible for protecting the integrity of the hotel building, plant and equipment, overseeing maintenance staff and contractors across Mechanical/HVAC, Fire, Electrical, Hydraulics and other building services — both inside and outside the property.
