We're on the hunt for an organised, detail-driven, and team-focused Logistics & Hotel Coordinator to join our team! You'll play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel's goods and inventory process - from receiving and storing deliveries to maintaining accurate stock levels and supporting the purchasing function. If you love structure, accuracy, and working in a fast-paced hospitality environment, this could be the perfect fit. 

A little taste of your day-to-day 

Loading Dock & Delivery Coordination 

• Coordinate all incoming and outgoing deliveries and courier collections movements through the loading dock

• Receive, record and distribute parcels, goods and deliveries to hotel departments, guests and residents in a timely manner
• Monitor loading dock access and ensure authorized use by suppliers, contractors and service providers
• Maintain a clean, safe and organized loading dock, including clear in and out movement for deliveries and dispatches
• Maintain accurate logs for deliveries, dispatches, resident parcels and collection records 
• Liaise with departments, residents, suppliers and contractors regarding delivery and logistics requirements
• Coordinate waste, recycling and service collections where required

Hotel and Residential Support 

• Assist the Duty Manager during quieter periods with guest services, operational tasks and general hotel coordination

• Manage resident’s deliveries and parcel notifications according to hotel / residence procedures

• Maintain a clean and organized Residence Mailing Room

Finance and Purchasing Support 

• Work with suppliers to resolve discrepancies between invoices and actual received merchandise, and report to manager/supervisor as necessary

• Conduct inventory audits to determine inventory levels and needs
• Notify manager/supervisor of low stock levels in a timely manner
• Troubleshoot Vendor Delivery issues
• Assist Finance or Purchasing with delivery queries when needed.

What we need from you

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail and high level of accuracy 
• Strong organizational skills, working within deadlines and prioritizing effectively 
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities 
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment 
• Must be physically fit as some heavy lifting is involved 
• Able to work independently as well as part of a team 
• Must speak fluent English
