About the role.
We are currently looking for energetic and highly motivated hospitality professionals to join our Redcrhuch Café team as Café all-rounders.

When you work with us as a Café All-rounder, you’re not just selling and preparing great coffee in our café, you are a brand ambassador for our wholesale business that stretches across London, Europe and the Middle East.
As a Café All-rounder your priority will be exceptional customer service, great coffee and an overall fantastic attention to detail.
Responsibilities will include:
Preparation of outstanding coffee
Delivering genuine and efficient service to each and every customer
Advising on and selling retail coffee & accessories
Running food & drinks
Operating efficient table maintenance and service to dine in customers
Opening and closing the café
Details:
Hours: 5 shifts per week, 32-38 hours a week
Days: Weekend availability is essential
Hourly rate: £14.80
Times: The cafe is open between 8-4 Mon-Fri and 9-4 on Saturdays and Sunday.
Probation period: 3 months
Reporting to: Redchurch Cafe General Manager
Experience: Our ideal candidate will have experienced in a high volume hospitality environment.

Our success as a coffee roaster is down to the success of the people we choose to partner with – from our first café customer, to our staff around the world and even down to John, who comes in to our Dunedin Roastery Café every morning for a long black. Human connection is why we are here and it’s the important relationships we create that steer us on the right path when we veer off course. We realise that sometimes it’s as simple as connecting two people in a café over a couple of flat whites. Michael Allpress (yes, there’s a guy) was inspired to establish Allpress Espresso after witnessing the specialty coffee revival in Seattle during the late ‘80s. Early on, our obsession with flavour saw a switch from being New Zealand’s first coffee cart, to roasting coffee in the back of a garage and supplying it to cafés around Auckland City. We’ve come a long way since 1986 and today we’re lucky enough to work with over 1000 independent cafes around the world.
