È un’attività commerciale autonoma e prevalentemente in presenza. Il compenso è legato ai risultati: comprende provvigioni sulle nuove vendite e commissioni ricorrenti generate dal transato dei clienti acquisiti.
Il lavoro si svolge principalmente sul campo. Ogni giorno organizzerai in autonomia agenda e zona di attività, incontrando commercianti e professionisti per comprendere come gestiscono oggi i pagamenti e presentare soluzioni adatte alle loro esigenze.
Nel concreto:
Per avere successo servono presenza costante sul territorio, capacità di creare relazioni e continuità nei richiami. L’obiettivo non è soltanto concludere una singola vendita, ma costruire nel tempo una base di clienti attivi capace di generare commissioni ricorrenti stabili legate al transato. Gli appuntamenti del team SDR sono un supporto aggiuntivo; lo sviluppo del portafoglio nasce soprattutto dall’iniziativa e dalle relazioni dell’agente.
