At the heart of the hotel sits Shoreline Kitchen, a new all day dining concept open to guests and locals alike. A warm, relaxed space built on great food, genuine hospitality, and a team that takes real pride in what they do. As we open our doors for the first time, we’re building a team that leads from the front, and our Food & Beverage Supervisor is central to making that happen.
About the role
As a Food & Beverage Supervisor at Shoreline Kitchen, you’ll be the connective tissue between the team on the floor and the management above. You’ll keep service running smoothly, hold the standard, and help build a culture your team is proud to be part of, from the very first shift.
You’ll work closely with the Food & Beverage Manager, supporting the broader Food & Beverage team in delivering exceptional service. You’ll be hands on, present on the floor, and always close to the action.
