Aligned to our brand growth, we are excited to offer a new role in our global Wholesale Team. The role of Wholesale Key Account Manager, reporting directly to the Wholesale Director, focuses on our existing EMEA Key Account Partners and growing our business in new opportunity markets.
Reporting to the Wholesale Director, the role would ideally suit an experienced Key Account Manager from the Cycling or wider Sports and Lifestyle industry, looking for an opportunity to work for the leading Cycling apparel brand.
We are growing our global footprint, this is an exciting role to be an integral part of the Rapha journey.
The Role:
Partnering with the Wholesale Director to lead the strategy with our current Key Account network
Responsible for execution of Rapha Wholesale business with our EMEA based Key Accounts
Managing our end-to-end process with Key Accounts, from pre-sell, to launch, to sell through initiatives and close-out opportunities
Explore and manage further opportunity territories to widen the brand reach
International travel visiting Key Accounts along with welcoming them to Rapha Service Course in London
This role could be based at our HQ Service Course in London or remote from EMEA
About You:
Candidates may possess the following skills. We're open to a wide variety of backgrounds and skill sets which may fulfil the requirements in a similar way.
2-3 years Account Management experience in the outdoor sports or fashion lifestyle industries
Specific working experience within the cycling industry is a bonus
Experience of long-term strategic thinking driving performance
Experience in executing marketing campaigns and execution with key retail partners
Analytical and data driven mindset
Skilled in brand-led presentation and commercial negotiation
Strong organisational and time-management skills
Ability to build strong inter-departmental relationships with other key business stakeholders. Across Finance, Product, Marketing and Logistics Teams
