The General Manager is responsible for planning, directing, and controlling hotel operations to ensure service standards, profitability, and occupancy goals are met. They oversee key departments including reception, housekeeping, maintenance, food and beverage, and accounting while managing staff and financial performance.
Candidates must hold a bachelor's degree in Hotel Management, Tourism, or Business Administration and possess at least 5 years of experience in the hospitality industry. Proficiency in both Spanish and English is required, along with at least 3 years of experience in a management or leadership role.
