The Hospitality Trainer is responsible for training new Hospitality Assistants in food service duties. Key tasks include delivering patient meal trays, managing nutrition rooms, and providing individualized patient assistance.
A minimum of two years of food service experience is required, with healthcare and Hospitality Assistant experience preferred. A high school diploma or GED is preferred along with knowledge of JCAHO and regulatory sanitation standards.

These duties include delivering and retrieving patient meal trays, speaking the menu using the BME, replenishing nutrition rooms, and delivering snacks, while providing individualized assistance to each patient.
High school diploma or GED preferred.
Minimum of two years in food service required with health care experience preferred.
One year experience as a Hospitality Assistant is preferred.
Excellent communication and customer service skills required. Must be knowledgeable of and able to follow the standards of federal, state and regulatory agencies and JCAHO for sanitation, food preparation and handling. Must be able to properly identify patients and maintain confidentiality.
