The Facilities Specialist is responsible for maintaining restaurant operations through preventative maintenance and repairs of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems. They also train restaurant staff on facility maintenance and coordinate with vendors and landlords to resolve facility issues.
Candidates should have a B.A./B.S. in a related field or equivalent experience, including two years of training in facility repair. Strong trade knowledge in carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC is required, along with a clean driving record.
