We’re looking for a confident, people‑focused Person in Charge (PIC) who thrives on leading teams, supporting great service, and keeping front‑end operations running at their best. In this key leadership role, you’ll guide and support our Checker/Server team, ensure smooth day‑to‑day execution, and jump in wherever needed to create a seamless experience for every guest.
From overseeing the flow at the registers and restaurant floor to coaching team members and resolving issues with professionalism and care, you’ll be the steady presence that keeps everything on track. If you’re a natural leader who enjoys mentoring others, solving problems, and delivering exceptional guest experiences, this is your chance to make a meaningful impact every day.
