The Physical Therapist will assess, plan, and implement rehabilitative programs to improve functional mobility and relieve pain for patients in an acute care setting. They are also responsible for providing age-appropriate education to clients and caregivers while supervising team members.
Candidates must hold at least a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy and possess a valid Virginia Physical Therapy license. A minimum of one year of experience and BLS certification are required for this role.
As a Physical Therapist you will assess, plan, organize, and participate in rehabilitative programs that improve functional mobility, relieve pain, and improve or correct disabling conditions resulting from disease or injury. Provides age-appropriate education for clients and caregivers. Supervise and assume responsibility for care provided by identified team members.
