The EMT provides emergency medical care to sick and injured patients following established protocols and laws. Responsibilities include operating medical equipment, documenting patient treatment, and driving the ambulance during emergency responses.
Candidates must be at least 20 years old with a high school diploma and a valid State EMT/AEMT license. Additional requirements include a valid driver's license, BLS/NREMT certifications, and the ability to pass a physical agility test.

SUMMARY: Under the direction of the Division Manager, the EMT will perform duties associated with providing emergency medical care to the sick and injured in accordance with all applicable laws, regulations, and Excelsior Ambulance Service policies.
