The Financial Navigator identifies financial barriers for cancer patients and provides counseling to ensure access to care. They coordinate with internal revenue cycle stakeholders and external assistance programs to manage insurance coverage and financial toxicity.
Requires a Bachelor's degree with 2 years of experience or an Associate's degree with 4 years of experience in financial entitlements or case management. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong communication skills are essential.

Anticipated Pay Range:
The salary range (or hiring range) for this position is $54,344 - $66,244 / year.
The above salary range represents SBUH’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting. The specific salary offer will be based on the candidate’s validated years of comparable experience. Any efforts to inflate or misrepresent experience are grounds for disqualification from the application process or termination of employment if hired.
Some positions offer annual supplemental pay such as:
