Candidates must have at least 6 months of healthcare experience and the physical ability to lift 35 lbs and stand for long periods. A valid CNA license and current CPR/BLS certification are highly preferred or required.

The Mobility Technician (MT) supports safe patient handling and mobility (SPHM) across healthcare facilities. Working with patients and clinical staff at the bedside, MTs ensure safe, effective, and efficient mobility support throughout the patient journey.
All team members begin at Level I, with opportunities to progress through four levels (I–IV), each building on the last with increased training, leadership, and operational responsibilities.
